Would we buy again?

YES — ON SALE

Two editors with wildly different hair — Naomi with 3c curl pattern, Mira with fine straight — tested this against our existing dryers for five months. Both said the same thing: the dry time is genuinely half, and the finish is smoother.

The Supersonic r is the updated 'pro' form factor. It's the one hairstylists actually carry. If you get a blowout twice a month at $65 a pop, this pays for itself in five months. If you don't — skip it, buy a T3 at a third the price.

The 'yes the hair dryer' framing is meant to pre-empt the eye-roll. We rolled too. Then we used it. It's the real thing.
